Processing Time

All orders placed through our WhatsApp checkout system are subjected to a standard processing time. Once payment is confirmed, please allow 2 to 3 business days for our fulfillment team to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your merchandise for dispatch. Orders are not processed on Sundays or national public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Writer's Era proudly ships nationwide across India. Depending on your specific geographical location, standard delivery generally takes between 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch. Remote or hard-to-reach PIN codes may experience an additional transit time of 2 to 3 days.

Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key. The moment your package leaves our facility, you will receive a direct WhatsApp notification and an email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

Customer Responsibility

It is the strict responsibility of the customer to provide a completely accurate and full delivery address (including house number, street, landmark, and the correct PIN code) during checkout. Writer's Era will not be held liable for delayed deliveries, misplacements, or returned packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
